A MAN died after collapsing at a popular restaurant.
Ambulance crews were called to The Regal Restaurant in Hastings following reports that a man had collapsed.
Paramedics rushed to the site and began to administer treatment.
However, the man could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at approximately 4pm on Sunday, November 1, to reports a man had collapsed at The Regal Restaurant in East Parade.
"Ambulance crews attended the scene but sadly despite the efforts of all those involved the man died at the scene."
