A MAN accused of murdering his partner appeared in court.
Christopher Cole, 30, allegedly killed Sarah Clayton in Seaford in 2018.
The body of the 21-year-old was found in a tent at the Buckle Caravan and Camp Site in Marine Parade.
Cole appeared before His Honour Judge Jeremy Gold QC at Brighton Crown Court, charged with murder.
He was represented by Rebecca Upton during the 25 minute hearing, and spoke to confirm details of his name, address and employment.
Cole, of Clun Road, Wick, Littlehampton, was bailed and will next appear in court on February 5.
