POLICE have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to after "racially worded" leaflets were posted through people's letterboxes.
Inspector Darren Taylor said the leaflets had been delivered to addresses in Burgess Hill over the last few days and urged anyone who recognised the man to contact police.
Inspector Taylor initially issued an appeal for any footage of a man delivering leaflets in the area, posting an appeal over the weekend.
Yesterday morning, he posted an update on the investigation with two CCTV images of a man.
He said: "Do you recognise this male? My team would to speak to him about the distribution of certain leaflets which he has been delivering to properties in the Burgess Hill area over the last few days.
"Possibly a local person. Have an idea? Please ring 101 (quoting serial number) 0584 08/11/20."
