A MAN has been pictured walking across a rugby pitch and getting into a chartered helicopter - but do you know who he is?

The image taken at Hove Recreation ground this evening shows the mystery man walking to the chopper after being dropped off by car.

Wearing a grey jacket with sunglasses and flanked by two other individuals, the man was seen waving before entering the aircraft.

A search of the helicopter’s registration number reveals the aircraft is owned by Castle Air, a VIP chartering company.

According to a flight radar tracker, it is understood to have flown to Chichester, from an unknown location, landing at 4:28 pm. The trip lasted 37 minutes.

The airline has three facilities, one based in the South West, one at Biggin Hill Airport in London and one at Gloucestershire Airport.

According to the company's website, previous VIP passengers include X-factor star Simon Cowell.
