A TEENAGE knifepoint robber admitted stealing an expensive mountain bike.
The youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, stole the £3,500 cycle in Underhill Lane in Ditchling.
He threatened his victim with a knife before taking it during the incident October 9.
At Brighton Youth Court t was revealed the youth, who also had previous convictions, admitted allowing himself to be carried in Lewes Road, Brighton on a stolen Yamaha moped on September 9.
He also admitted stealing a black Mercedes in Byron Street, Brighton.
District Judge Tessa Szagun put the teenager in youth detention for six months, with a training order to follow.
