Three women suspected of murder were arrested by the Met Police this morning (Friday, November 20) after a fatal stabbing in Southwark on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old victim of the stabbing was found with serious injuries at Bramwell House, SE1, at 11.10am on Tuesday (November 17).

Police officers, London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance all attended but were unable to save his life.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

In response, the Met launched a murder investigation and said Friday their detectives had since arrested three women:

"Detectives investigating the fatal stabbing of a 25-year-old man in Southwark earlier this week, have arrested three people on suspicion of murder.

"On the morning of Friday, 20 November, three women, aged 58, 34 and 30, were arrested on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody at a south London police station," a spokesperson for the Met said.

Police are still appealing for information about the fatal stabbing.
