THERE have been cats and dogs and even buildings like the Eiffel Tower which have their own social media accounts on the internet.

And now Brighton and Hove Albion footballer forward Aaron Connolly, 20, and his girlfriend, Lucinda Strafford have taken the extraordinary step of starting a social media account dedicated to their new home.

The pair have used the ourfirsthomeno4 account on Instagram to give a glimpse into the sophisticated home, featuring a stylish bedroom and a balcony, overlooking a stunning garden.

The couple started documenting their home-making journey on their moving day, sharing photos of boxes waiting to be unpacked and a brand new hoover that had not yet been assembled.

Despite only moving in recently, they already appeared to be settling in, sharing several snaps of their home’s swanky interior and plush furniture.

The kitchen has been colour coordinated, with grey velour bar stools and rose gold light fittings.

In the first photo shared on the account, the Irish international can be seen waving from the modern property’s first-floor balcony. The caption accompanying the image reads: “New chapter.”

Lucinda, who owns fashion brand The Luxe Range, revealed the property’s stunning bathroom, complete with a standalone bathtub.
