A CAR was seized and the driver reported for motoring offences after police on patrol pulled over a motorist in Netherton.
Officers from Brierley Hill Police Station stopped the driver after they spotted the vehicle yesterday (Monday November 23).
After a few checks - the car was seized under the Road Traffic Act and the driver has been reported for driving without a valid licence, driving without insurance and without a valid MoT or road tax.
