THREE men have been arrested for drugs offences by armed police in a residential street.
Sussex Police said the arrests in Worthing this afternoon were part of an on-going investigation into the supply of drugs.
At about 3.30pm, it was reported that Romany Road was closed between Yeoman Road and New Road while the force dealt with the incident.
One man was arrested by armed police in Salvington Road and two others were detained at a property in Whitebeam Road.
No further details are currently available, a spokesman for the force said.
