Cameo nightclub in Langney Road, Eastbourne
A SUSPECT wanted of an alleged attack outside a nightclub was arrested after nine months at large.
Alex Evans is accused of the assault outside Cameo in Langney Road, Eastbourne on March 7 this year.
Police appealed to track down the 27-year-old and offered a £1,000 reward for information.
The force told the public Evans could be in Scotland.
Now officers have confirmed that Evans was arrested in Aberdeen on suspicion of theft and burglary charges there.
He was remanded in custody, pending a court hearing.
Sussex officers will seek to interview him in due course.
