I attended Maldon District Council’s offices for my first injection of the vaccine on Sunday morning, December 20.
On arrival there were only a husband and wife waiting. I was told to wait a couple of minutes, on going in after the couple in front, I was registered by the receptionist of my details, all very well organised, and within another minute I was with the doctor for my first jab. After waiting the obligatory 15 minutes, I was out - from start to finish 25 minutes. I must congratulate the organisers and the splendid helpers for such a ‘military operation’.
