A DRIVER escaped with only minor injuries after crashing into a wall overlooking a stream.
Police and fire services were called over the single vehicle crash in Emsworth Common Road near Aldsworth in West Sussex.
PC Tom Van Der Wee from the Sussex Roads Policing Unit posted a video on Twitter of the crash scene.
He said the driver was lucky that their injuries were not more serious.
Footage shows a large chunk of the brick wall had been knocked into the stream below. The crash happened on Sunday.
PC Van Der Wee said: “I’ve booked on with the team and headed straight out with #CW164 to a single vehicle road traffic collision.
“The driver sustained minor injuries but is on the whole very lucky considering.”
