POLICE are appealing for information after a 16-year-old went missing from Horsham.
Cassidy De Beer was last seen at 4.15pm on Wednesday when she left her home in the Horsham Park area of the town.
The teenager claimed that she was going for a walk and has not been seen since.
Sussex Police have described the teenager as white, 5' 10", of slim build, with long natural red/brown hair.
She was wearing a matching light grey tracksuit, a black jacket with a hood and white Nike trainers.
A spokesman from Sussex Police said: "Cassidy was last seen at 4.15pm on Wednesday when she left her home in the Horsham Park area of the town, saying that she was going for a walk.
"Anyone who has seen her or who knows of her whereabouts is asked to report online or call 101 quoting serial 481 of 28/01."
