A PEDESTRIAN suffered serious injuries after being struck by a car.
Police were called to Sompting Avenue in Worthing at 7.10am today (February 2).
The 60-year-old pedestrian had to be taken to hospital with serious, but was not in a life-threatening condition.
Now police want to identify the man who was taken to hospital, who was white and had grey hair.
Officers also want to track down anyone who witnessed the crash, which happened near the junction with Beamont Road.
In particular anyone who may have dashcam footage is urged to come forward.
