THERE have been 36 deaths from coronavirus recorded across Sussex over the weekend, it has been revealed.
Three people died at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.
NHS England figures show 405 people had died in the hospitals as of 5pm on Sunday.
That was an increase of three compared to Friday, when there were 402.
It means there have been 23 deaths in the past week, down from 41 the previous week.

The victims were among 10,218 deaths recorded across the South East.
At Western Sussex Hospital Trust, 12 new deaths were recorded over the weekend.
It means there have been 37 deaths in the past week there, down from 61 the previous week.
East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust recorded the most deaths over the same period, with 21 deaths recorded.
NHS England figures show 595 people had died in hospitals in the area as of 5pm on Sunday.
That was an increase of 21 compared to Friday, when there were 574.
It means there have been 53 deaths in the past week, up from 40 the previous week.
The victims were among 10,218 deaths recorded across the South East.
