ELEVEN people have died from coronavirus across Sussex in the latest 24-hour period, latest figures show.
Three new coronavirus deaths have been recorded at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust as of 5pm on Thursday.
NHS England figures show 419 people had died in hospital - an increase of three compared to Wednesday when there were 416.
It means there have been 18 deaths in the past week, down from 30 the previous week.
The victims were among 10,481 deaths recorded across the South East.

At East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, three new coronavirus deaths have been recorded.
Figures show 615 people had died in hospital as of 5pm on Thursday.
That was an increase of three compared to Wednesday, when there were 612.
It means there have been 41 deaths in the past week, down from 46 the previous week.
While at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, five people died from Covid-19.
That was an increase of five compared to Wednesday when there were 426.
It means there have been 32 deaths in the past week, down from 43 the previous week.
Daily death counts are revised each day, with each case backdated to the actual date of death.
This means some of the deaths that were first recorded in the latest period may actually have taken place days earlier.
