TWO people have been arrested after a crash on the A27 in which a young man was killed.
Police are still appealing for witnesses to the fatal collision, which happened at about 11.40pm on Wednesday between Chichester and Emsworth.
Two men in a black Volkswagen Golf were travelling east towards Chichester when it crashed into the central reservation.

The driver, a 25-year-old from Havant, died at the scene, while the passenger, 19 and from Havant, suffered life threatening injuries.
He remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition, police said.
The road was closed for several hours while investigations were carried out.
Officers arrested a 20-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, both from Havant, on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
They have both been released on conditional bail until March 10, pending further enquiries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and are particularly interested to hear from anyone with dash cam footage of the collision, or the Golf or red Audi A3 that was in the area prior to the crash.
