A major city centre development in Brighton is nearing completion 18 months after work started on the project.
It is hoped that businesses will be able to move into the new offices in Circus Street from May this year.
The development contains six main floors of office space offering 30,000 sq ft of space to businesses.
There wil also be bike storage, underground parking and a retail space on the ground floor, and landscaped public spaces outside the building.
A new image released this week (below) shows the building's penthouse, and the wrap-around terrace on the top floor, with views stretching over Old Steine and the Royal Pavilion to Brighton seafront.

The building is environmentally sustainable and has been built, developers say, to enhance the wellbeing of those inside. As a result, it has been granted a BREEAM Excellent certification - a sustainability assessment method for projects.

Mr Sloper said: "The location and stunning eco-friendly design make this a prime spot for digital and tech businesses and creative and design companies to call home.
"We’re also looking for exciting and innovative independent retailers and hospitality businesses to populate the ground floor and help to create a thriving and diverse neighbourhood at the heart of Brighton."
Developers hope Circus Street will create a "lively new area of the city where people can live, work and enjoy culture".
This includes new homes, public squares, street level cafés and shops, public artworks and a new Dance Space which will become the home of South East Dance - a Brighton arts charity.
