A STALKER has been banned from all Green Party meetings and venues over incidents towards two women.

Martin Patrick Jackson sent emails, made phone calls, and left unwanted gifts at the home of the woman in Brighton.

The 30-year-old also stalked another woman, Brighton Magistrates’ Court heard.

Jackson, formerly of Viaduct Road, Brighton, admitted the latest stalking offence.

The court was told he had targeted one woman, who The Argus has chosen not to name, between September 1 and October 12 last year.

He also admitted stalking her between September 30 and December 8 last year.

The charge relating to the first woman related to stalking in August 2020.

Jackson was ordered to stay away from Viaduct Road in Brighton for a period of six months.

He was put under a restraining order until September 2022.

The terms of the order ban Jackson using social media, or creating any social media, streams, blogs, video blogs, or broadcasts about or naming one of the women.

He is banned from emailing her or posting anything to her, or mentioning her to any third party.

The court also banned him from attending any Green Party functions or events, or using any facilities owned or used by the party.

Jackson was told to complete 25 rehabilitation sessions and pay a £95 surcharge.
