The woman's body was found on Hove beach this morning
THE body of a woman has been found on the beach.
Police were called to the seafront, near Western Lawns, Hove, at about 6am this morning.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses report several police cars and an ambulance were in attendance.
A spokeswoman for Sussex Police said: "The circumstances surrounding the death are being investigated but it is not thought to be suspicious.
"Next of kin have been informed."
