CHECK out this adorable wild piglets snoozing in the sun after vying for the snuggliest spot next to their mum following a big feed.

The seven piglets piglets, just a couple of weeks old, clamboured over each other in a bid to get closest to their warm comfy mum.

Wildlife photographer Ricky Chalmers, 30 from Arundel, West Sussex, said: “It was a special moment and really moving to see them playing and being so natural.

"You don't see many wild pigs. They are so adorable, inquisitive and playful.

"They were three or four in a pile, then the one at the bottom would get out and pile on top, in a kind of recurring Jenga.

“There was one lovely moment when one of the babies came up to me and stood right in front of my camera sniffing the lens and looking at me."

The rare-breed Tamworth pigs replaced wild boar in a re-wilding project at the 3,500 acre Knepp Castle Estate in Horsham.
