THERE are fears for an elderly man who went missing from hospital today.
Police are urgently searching for 87-year-old Patrick Connelly, who walked out of the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton at 2.25pm.
There is a serious concern for Patrick's health and anyone who sees him is urged to call 999.
Police say he left the hospital on foot towards the seafront and may have turned to walk east.
The Peacehaven resident is white, 5ft 8in tall, of a medium build and balding.
He was last seen wearing a grey jumper over a blue check shirt, beige trousers and brown shoes, and carrying a plastic bag.
Anyone who sees him is urged to call 999 right away, quoting serial 696 of 29/03.
