DANIEL HOINISCH

Aged 39, of Fir Tree Way, Bersted, admitted drink-driving in a Mazda in Bognor. Tested for 64 micrograms (mcg) of alcohol per 100 millilitres (ml) of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg per 100ml. Fined £342, surcharge £34, costs £85. 17-month ban.

COLIN STENNING

Aged 41, of Wick Farm Road, Littlehampton, admitted drug-driving in a Vauxhall in Amberley Road. Tested positive for cocaine. Fined £480, surcharge £48, costs £85. One-year ban.

ROMANS CUBREVICS

Aged 44, of Sun Park Close, Bersted, admitted drink-driving in Aldwick and driving without a valid licence or insurance. Fined £586, surcharge £59, costs £85. 22-month ban.

OLIVER O’FARRELL

Aged 60, of Kingsfield, Storrington, admitted drug-driving in a Vauxhall on the A24 Horsham Road, Washington. Tested positive for cocaine. Fined £87, £34 surcharge, £85 costs. One-year ban.

Aged 25, of Portsmouth Wood, Haywards Heath, admitted drug-driving in a Vauxhall Insignia in Ditchling Road, Hassocks, and again in London Road, Crawley. Tested positive for cannabis. To do 100 hours unpaid work, £95 surcharge, £85 costs. Three-year ban.

PAWEL GRESZATA

Aged 30, of Castle Close, Reigate, admitted drink-driving in a Nissan in Langley Green. Tested for 144mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Given an eight-week suspended sentence. To do 125 hours of unpaid work and 25 rehabilitation sessions, surcharge £128, costs £85. Two year and eight month ban.

Aged 33, of Staples Barn, Henfield, admitted drug-driving in a Vauxhall in Horsham. Tested positive for cocaine. Jailed for two months, surcharge £128, costs £85. Three years and one month ban.
