A LIFEBOAT came to the aid of a yacht that ran aground in low tide last night.
Brighton Lifeboat crews were tasked to the yacht, which had three people on board, at 8.56pm.
One person was taken to shore while the others remained on the boat to await the rising tide.
Pictures taken from Brighton Marina show the small yacht beached and partially out of the water.
A Brighton Lifeboat spokesman wrote on Twitter: "Tasked at 8.56pm to a yacht aground with three persons onboard.
