PETER James, where are you in your county's hour of need?
The election for the next Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner is coming up on May 6 and the only candidates who have thrown their hats into the ring, so far, are the usual bunch of political party nominees.
Where are the independent ones, those retired senior officers with buckets of practical experience or people like Peter himself who, whilst never having served in Sussex Police, was born and bred in Brighton and has got loads of inside knowledge which would be invaluable if he became our next SPCC?
Come on, mate, please have the "Grace" to put your name forward, it's a "Dead Simple" thing to do and you need to do it now, "in the nick of time".
