Aged 27, of St Andrew’s Road, Walthamstow, admitted drink-driving in Dyke Road, Brighton and obstructing a police officer. Tested for 68mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £160, surcharge £34, costs £85. One-year ban.

Aged 27, of Whitegate Close, Tunbridge Wells, admitted drug-driving in a Volkswagen Transporter van in Warrior Square, St Leonards, and in a Seat in Etchingham. Tested positive for cocaine. To do 40 hours of unpaid work, surcharge £95, costs £85. 18-month ban.

Aged 44, of Bellencroft Gardens, Wolverhampton, guilty of drink-driving in a Volkswagen on the A23 at Pyecombe. Tested for 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Fined £600, surcharge £60, costs £400. 20-month ban.
