A PENSIONER was kicked off his bike and broke his hand after being attacked by yobs.
The 72-year-old was riding along the undercliff in Saltdean when he was confronted.
He said they kicked him off his bicycle, leaving him with injuries.
Now police have appealed for information to track down those responsible.
Images have been released of two youngsters who police want to speak with.
One image shows a young man in a grey top with the hood up, wearing a black coat, gloves, trousers and trainers. He was riding a dark-coloured mountain bike.
The other image shows a young man in a grey top with white drawstrings, also with the hood up. He wore black gloves and dark-coloured trousers and trainers. He was riding a silver mountain bike.
Sussex Police said: “We are seeking to identify these two cyclists who may hold vital information about an assault in Saltdean.
“A 72-year-old local man was cycling along the undercliff on 25 February when he was kicked off his bike by two youths, causing him to suffer a broken hand.
“Police would like to speak to the two people pictured, or anyone else who may have information.”
