A BUILDER who won £105 million in the Euromillion lottery has moved to luxury estate.

Steve Thomson and his wife Lenka won the jackpot in November 2019, but decided to stay in their three-bed home in Selsey for over a year.

Now, according to The Sun, the pair have uprooted and moved to a 4.5acre estate in kent - with its own pool, lakes and stables.

Speaking to the paper, the 43-yer-old said he plans to do a lot of the working "himself" to spruce up the site.

He said: "The kids have finally got their own bedrooms. It's a simple thing but it was all they ever wished for.

"I still haven't got over what happened to us and am honestly still trying to process it still.

"We are very lucky to be in this place but there's a lot of work that needs doing, so I'll be focusing on that for the time being."

The pair have remained adamant not to let the winnings change them and so have refused to buy anything "flash".

His only major purchases were a second-hand Volkswagen camper van and a Volvo XC90 for his wife.

The former conservatory fitter was waiting to be picked up from work when he realised he had won.

He added: "I am not sure I even looked at the first two lines, the third one just jumped out and I could instantly tell they all matched. I started shaking a lot.

"I knew it was a really big win but didn't know what to do.

"I went out to my van, walked back in, thought about knocking on a neighbour's door, went back to the van - I think I was on the verge of having a heart attack."
