One lane of the A27 is closed
ONE lane of the A27 has been closed due to a two-car collision.
Emergency services including police and fire crews are at the scene in the Old Shoreham Road, westbound between A283 Steyning Road and A2025 Grinstead Lane.
Pictures taken from the area show one car badly damaged, as traffic filters past.
According to an AA traffic report, traffic is coping well.

It reads: "One lane closed due to recovery work and accident, two cars involved on A27 Old Shoreham Road Westbound between A283 Steyning Road (Steyning turn off) and A2025 Grinstead Lane (Sompting Roundabout).
"Traffic is coping well.
"Lane one of two is closed."
