ONE-third of The Grand Tour trio has shared a picture on social media while filming in a popular Sussex beauty spot.

Jeremy Clarkson called the vintage Citroen CM he was spotted filming in on Tuesday an "extraordinarily beautiful car" in a post on Instagram.

The broadcaster was seen filming for the Amazon Prime show in Beachy Head on Tuesday, along with the rest of the cast.

Pictures taken from the shooting location saw Jeremy and Richard in the classic Citroen, while James was seen in a bright orange puffer jacket, watching on.

The trio was spotted in several cars, who are expected to be filing for a new episode of The Grand Tour.

Writing on Instagram, Jeremy Clarkson said: "What an extraordinarily beautiful car this is."

It becomes after Season four of The Grand Tour, which began with the "Seamen" special, which saw the trio trade four wheels in favour of boats while exploring the Mekong River in Vietnam.

It was followed by "A Massive Hunt" which was released on December 17 last year.

The special saw the three journey through Madagascar in search of buried treasure.

The search took them to Réunion Island and were challenged to modify their cars and travel across Madagascar.

The crew were planned to film in Russia in March of last year, but these were scrapped as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
