A STALKER sent unwanted messages, emails, letters and gifts to his victim.

Lorenzo Dixon targeted the woman in Brighton and sent a “multitude of messages”.

The 27-year-old appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court where he was put under a restraining order.

It was revealed he had sent messages on social media and Whatsapp, and sent emails and texts to the victim.

She also received gifts and letters at her home address.

Dixon, of Risley Avenue, Tottenham, admitted stalking from February 2019 to July 2020.

Magistrate Eve Vamvas ordered him to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and to pay the victim £500 in compensation.

Dixon was not ordered to pay costs or a surcharge because of his limited means.

He was told to complete 30 rehabilitation sessions, and was put under a restraining order not to contact the woman. The order lasts until April 2023.
