A RACIST and abusive woman faces sentence after she admitted spitting at people.

Prianna Cheema attacked three people in Black Lion Street, Brighton.

The 26-year-old spat in the face of Robert Fearle and punched off duty police officer Karen Sullivan.

Cheema also branded Amelia Payet a “half-breed c***” and shouted homophobic slurs.

She appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court where she admitted two assaults and using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

The latter offence was racially aggravated.

Previously, The Argus crime reporter received an abusive email by someone purporting to be Cheema, who was angry about a crime report about her apparent boyfriend James Hutton.

Hutton was jailed for escaping from Ford open prison in Sussex over fears about his drug debt.

He had been serving time for leading police on a 100mph chase and headbutting an officer, and apparently was the boyfriend of Cheema.

Hutton had 66 previous convictions, and had offered the police out for a fight when they tried to arrest him.

Officers had believed he matched the description of a suspect for a sexual assault, but Hutton was not charged in relation to it.

Later in police custody Hutton wet himself because of his drunkenness.

In the abusive email, the person purporting to be Cheema said: “Aiden (her mistake), you slimey (her mistake) little weirdo.

“What is with your obsession with my boyfriend?

“I just reread through your absolute s***e ‘journalism’. We are going to start proceedings against the way you have wrongly tried to make my partner out to be someone he is not.

“I see you at every court case. I know what you look like. You look like a disease.

“You will never ever be something. You (her mistake) job will always entail trying to make a court case sound exciting but because you’re the way you are it will always fall on death (her mistake) ears.

“You look like a chubby little mess, get your hair done. Get a new suit. You look like an absolute tramp you make me sick. Everyone laughs at you.”

But Cheema won’t be laughing after admitting her latest crimes. She has 11 previous convictions for 33 offences.

In court, magistrate Robert Macrowan ordered a pre-sentence report and adjourned her case until August 4.

Jeremy King, prosecuting, said the assaults took place on July 14 last year, and said the spitting at Mr Fearle had caused a “great deal of distress”.

Cheema, of Chapel Road, Worthing, now faces her sentencing later this summer.
