Bureaucracy has gone completely mad. I can remember when the binmen used to carry the bins on their shoulders to the dustcart.

Whatever next? Orders to wear a mask to stop breathing the polluted air? Or perhaps someone, somewhere, will decide it is unsafe to go to work.

Where is it all going to end? Nothing in this world has nor ever will be completely without risk. It is time to let go of these restraints that are insidiously creeping in and making many lives a misery.
