Brighton’s new “grown-up drinking and dining hangout” is open for business.
Burnt Orange in Middle Street is the latest venture by Razak Helalat, the man behind The Salt Room and The Coal Shed.
These pictures show the interior of the new restaurant, which has a 28-cover courtyard terrace.
It is described as a relaxed all-day and late-night destination serving a menu of crudo, small plates and wood-fired sharing dishes from head chef Peter Dantanus, well-made cocktails plus a music soundtrack curated by the city’s own Fatboy Slim.
