TWO men have been arrested after a 23-year-old was assaulted.
The Crawley man was taken to hospital after what police described as a serious assault in Seymour Road, Broadfield.
Police arrived on the scene at 5:30pm on June 30 and found that he had suffered injuries to his thigh, hands and ear.
The victim was taken to the Princess Royal Hospital in Haywards Heath after the attack.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent. One was a 24-year-old man from Crawley, and the other a 37-year-old, of no fixed address.
The two have been released but remain under investigation while the police continue to make enquiries.
Sussex Police have put out an appeal. Detectives are asking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or for people who may have any information to come forward.
