A POP-UP seafront venue with street food, performances and bars is opening for the summer.
The Warren at Victoria Gardens, Brighton, has been welcoming guests for drinks, food and Brighton Fringe shows since May.
But when the sun sets on the city-wide arts festival on July 11, the venue will be moving to Brighton Beach.
The Warren on The Beach will be found just east of Brighton Palace Pier, next to the Volks Railway Aquarium Station.
It will run from July 23 to August 30.
The venue will offer another six weeks of theatre, cabaret, comedy and family shows, alongside an outdoor stage, street food and bars.
Nicola Haydn, Artistic Director of Otherplace, the team behind the Warren on The Beach, said: “We had a glorious summer on the beach last year and this summer’s festival site is set to be bigger and better than ever. I can’t wait to welcome theatre-goers, comedy fans, residents, and visitors back to enjoy more live performance”.
Festival-goers can catch some of the UK’s leading comics and circuit regulars at The Late Show, which runs from July 23 to August 29.
These will include Milton Jones, Zoe Lyons, and Reginald D Hunter.
Brighton comedy night Krater Comedy will run from July 24 to August 28 and will feature Ian Stone on July 24, Marcus Brigstocke on August 21 and Maisie Adam on August 28.
Brighton Fringe's Circus Abyssinia will be back between August 12 and 22 with a brand-new "breathtaking show for all ages".
The venue is also promising to bring the fun for the little ones too.
Family favourites The Snail and the Whale will perform between August 13 and 30 and the stage adaptation of BAFTA award winning CBeebies show Sarah and Duck will run between July 24 and 27.
