THOUSANDS of pairs of flip-flips have been stolen from a garage.
Sussex Police said burglars broke into the garage in Hurst Court, Horsham between 5pm on Friday and 9.05pm on Saturday.
The victim, a local business owner, told officers that around 2,500 pairs of flip flips with an estimated value of £12,500 had been taken.
Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area around that time, has been offered similar items for sale or has any information which could help officers with their enquiries can contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1337 of 31/07.
