THE Premier League team with the most affordable season tickets has been revealed.

According to data compiled by Compare.bet, Brighton and Hove Albion ranked 16th in the list of most affordable season tickets in the English top flight.

West Ham United was crowned the most affordable, with fans having to work four days to secure their £320 seat.

The list was made by comparing the average weekly wages of each team’s local residents with the cheapest season ticket price.

According to the research, Albion fans would need to work for eight days to afford the clubs cheapest season ticket (£545).

Combined with a local average weekly wage of £496.40, Albion ranked 16th on the list of most affordable season tickets behind Tottenham, Liverpool, Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

On average, fans of Tottenham would have to work ten days to afford their season ticket price of £807.

Despite Liverpool’s cheapest ticket being £122 less than Tottenham, Liverpool fans would also have to work ten days to find the funds for their £685 season ticket.
