A SECTION of North Street in Brighton has been closed off by police and fire crews.
The road outside the Habitat store has been cordoned off due to fallen debris from the roof of the shop.
Two fire engines and a police car are at the scene. Firefighters are present to ensure no other bricks are loose from the roof.
Pictures show the members of the crew at the top of the extendable crane.
Pedestrians are still able to get past but the road is currently closed to cars as of 16.45 this afternoon.
