POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was raped in a multi-story car park.

The assault took place in the multi-story car park of the Guildbourne Shopping Centre in Chatsworth Road, Worthing between midnight and 3am on Sunday morning.

The victim, a 19-year-old woman, said she did not know the rapist, who is a white man, aged around 20-30 years old, with dark hair.

Police would also like to speak to another man, who is white and with two tribal band tattoos around one of his forearms.

Both men are understood to have been in Jungle nightclub in Chatsworth Road on the night of the incident.
