Top 40 businessmen and women in Sussex revealed

Servo Private Wealth has compiled a list of the top 40 businesses headed by people under the age of 40 across the county.

The Sussex-based independent financial planning firm, which specialises in working with business owners, said the list is to celebrate individuals whose businesses have shown financial resilience over the past 18 months.

The individuals on the list have been selected based on their entrepreneurial spirit and resilience in steering their team and business through Covid, both from a business and financial perspective.

The list, which is in no particular order, includes numerous trades companies, medical device manufacturers, Bafta award winning game developers and even a YouTuber.

All 40 business men and women have been sent certification and will be celebrated in person later in the year, where the winning companies will be presented with trophies.

Mallinson said those who have provided their team with a “strong and stable platform to help steer their business through these choppy waters” have been rewarded.

“It is those people who have shown incredible entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and financial resilience that we want to celebrate, and the good work it has done for them and their local economy,” he added.
