Virgin Media Broadband customers still without internet in parts of the city as the provider continues "essential works".
Customers across the UK, including many in Brighton and Hove, have reported further outages in the past 24 hours, with internet and landlines down.
This is the third day of outages, with 263 reports at around 9.00am, according to downdetector.co.uk.
Residents report that their internet has been down since this morning with many unable to work from their homes.
The scheduled maintenance began on Monday 13, with many reporting their broadband was down intermittently, this then continued into Tuesday when over 300 people also reported outages.
Writing to customers, a Virgin spokesman said that services "could" be interrupted on Wednesday 15.
One resident said she didn't believe it would be as impaired but could not even access her work emails.
