KATIE Price’s daughter has been encouraged to "become a nun" by her father Peter Andre.

The Mysterious Girl singer took to Instagram to share a video of Princess as she headed to school.

Alongside the photo of the 14-year-old, Peter jokingly encouraged Princess to consider living life as a nun.

The caption said: “And another one back to school. @OfficialPrincess_Andre - god help me with this one.

"To be fair, you are making me so proud sweetie. You have a lovely heart and a lovely sense of humour. Now, about becoming a nun... #backtoschool #family."

The singers’ fans and fellow celebrities were quick to point out the similarities between Princess and Katie, while laughing at the suggestion she should become a woman of the cloth.

X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke commented: "Made me laugh!! But what a beautiful girl babe xxx hope you’re all well xxx.”

One fan joked that Peter was “protective”.

They said: "You’re so funny cuz, but I don’t blame you about being protective over your girl. She’s stunning and you’re going to have to sit on the front porch and screen anyone wanting to go inside."

Another fan pointed out the resemblance between Princess and her mother, stating: "She looks so like her mum when Katie was younger …. Stunning."

The post comes days after Junior, Katie and Peter’s son, rode off to college on his new moped, which he received for his 16th birthday.

"And just like that my boy is at college," Peter wrote over a recent clip of Junior.

"Days like this scare me but also make me proud. He’s becoming a man @officialjunior_andre."

Junior recently passed all nine of his GCSEs, including achieving an A in music.

He also recently signed his first ever record deal, having signed with Columbia Records.

The 16-year-old credited his dad for helping him to kickstart his music career.
