A BRIGHTON and Hove Albion player is among the most improved players on FIFA 22.

The popular football video game is due to be released worldwide on Friday, October 1.

Ahead of its release, EA Sports have announced the top ten most improved players on FIFA 22.

Albion goalkeeper Robert Sanchéz is the third most improved player on the game in terms of their overall rating – rising from a 64 to a 76 overall.

On the card, Sanchéz has 76 diving, 73 handling, 78 reflexes, 45 speed, 75 positioning and 69 kicking.

Despite only making 27 appearances after replacing Maty Ryan as Graham Potter’s first choice in December last year, Sanchéz kept ten clean sheets and conceded just 27 goals.

The 23-year-old made his debut for the Spanish national team on September 5, replacing Unai Simón in the second half of a World Cup qualifier 4–0 win against Georgia.

Only eight goalkeepers kept more clean sheets than him over the whole of last year’s Premier League campaign – all of which started between four and 11 games more.
