Open from 8am for breakfast, brunch, lunch and afternoon tea into the evening menu serving till 10pm. Restaurant/bar through the day, come nighttime, Monarch becomes a cocktail lounge with a huge selection of your favourite cocktails and drinks. After 10pm, Monarch is a late-night venue, complete with dance floor making it a fantastic venue to meet friends and dance the night away into the early hours.
Monarch inject a fresh dining experience to Brighton. From the expertise of chefs Prakash and Jerome, they’ve created a menu that enables you to tour a world of international dishes, a fusion of asian, french, italian and british classics. Locally sourced ingredients including a great range of quality seafood fresh from the sea.
This delectable offering is just a taster to the whole experience to come. Plans include an on-site bakery and deli corner. Serving breakfast and brunch daily plus a full daytime menu with daily specials. For the night owls, late night bites served fresh from the open kitchen.
