THERE are delays of 30 minutes between Brighton and Lewes due to a blocked line.
Southern Rail engineers are working to remove debris that has blocked the line towards Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings and Ore.
Disruption is expected to last until 11:00am and passengers are advised to leave an extra 30 minutes on their journey.
As a result of the blockage, London Road, Moulsecoomb and Falmer have no services in the Lewes and Eastbourne direction.
Writing on Twitter, a Southern Rail spokesman said: "We're aware of an issue between Brighton and Lewes, which has blocked the line towards Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings and Ore.
"Trains may be subject to delays or cancellation, so please check ahead."
