A POPULAR musician has used a university campus as the setting for a new music video.

Rag'n'Bone Man, 36, whose real name is Rory Charles Graham, has used the Meeting House on the campus at the University of Sussex as a backdrop for his new song Crossfire.

The single comes from his much anticipated second album called Life by Misadventure, which was released earlier this year.

The video features Rag'n'Bone Man, who was born in Uckfield, sitting in a chair with the brightly coloured windows of the upper floor in the background.

The production company behind the video were "blown away" by the building's architectural beauty.

Scenes also include other locations in the building, with Basil Spence's renowned Sussex architecture clearly visible in the background.

The Meeting House has been the backdrop for important conferences, unique performances and even weddings over the years,

And now, because of to multi-million record selling Rag'n'Bone Man, the Meeting House is once again the star of the show.

Helen Power-Hosking, head of commercial services at the university, said: "Sussex has attracted some interesting filming opportunities over the summer, and this was certainly one of the most exciting.

"The Meeting House is an incredible building, and we're proud when this it's used in a way that showcases the best of it."
