MOTORISTS faced delays of 15 minutes this morning after a three-car accident.

The B2123 was partially blocked after three vehicles collided on Bexhill Road near Woodingdean.

There was congestion southbound to the Amex, with motorists stuck in traffic for as long as 15 minutes.

One driver told The Argus: "I’ve been delayed by 15 minutes but it is moving."

An AA traffic report said: "B2123 both ways partially blocked, slow traffic due to recovery work and accident, three cars involved near Bexhill Road.

"Congestion to Falmer Stadium southbound, taking 10 minutes. North of the Bexhill Road junction, taking turns to pass."
