A COMPANY has secured the contract to sell a new residential property development.

Mishon Mackay Land and New Homes Brighton will work with Cala Homes to sell the New Monks Park development in Lancing.

Located between Lancing and Shoreham, the new residential development properties will range from £365,000 to £690,000.

Set around a new 52-acre country park and incorporating a new primary school, developers say New Monks Park will aim to create a residential destination between the two towns.

The development will offer a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Selected homes will include private parking, garages and electrical vehicle charging points.

Mishon Mackay Land and New Homes director Matthew Hollywood said: “We have been working with Cala in the background to carefully plan this prestigious development for many years.

“It’s genuinely exciting starting to see it come to life, watching the infrastructure, and thoughtfully designed new homes materialise as the development progresses, it is only set to get better.

“It’s already proving to be a very popular development due to simply having it all – location, design, facilities and accessibility.”

Brighton is a 17 minute train journey away from the site.

Cala is offering a range of incentives to encourage buyers, including the government backed Help to Buy scheme and up to 100 per cent Part Exchange service.
