FILMING for ITV’s hit crime drama Grace was spotted outside a cabaret club in the city yesterday morning.

Four lorries were spotted, one with a crane attached, in Paston Place, Kemptown.

A barman at Bristol Bar, which can be seen in the video, said the filming was inside Proud Cabaret, a cabaret nightclub in Paston Place.

A lorry with the letters PKE can be seen in the video. PKE Lighting have worked on many TV shows such as Doctor Who and AD.

Grace is an adaption of Sussex author Peter James’s international bestselling book, Dead Simple.

The series was one of ITV’s most successful dramas, with more than eight million people tuning in to watch the first series earlier this year.

The street, which is normally full of cars, seemed to be cleared for the lorries. While production crew can be spotted on the street too.

Series two will be made up of three 120-minute films - Not Dead Enough, Dead Man’s Footsteps and Dead Tomorrow.

The first series of Grace was filmed in Brighton and Hove last year with city landmarks playing a starring role in the adaption.
